By car from Managua:
Take Highway CA-1 South towards Rivas. The highway will pass through the following cities: Masaya, Catarina, San Juan de Oriente, Nandiame. Drive through Rivas and continue south. Follow the signs to San Juan del Sur.

San Juan del Sur has no street names so use the following landmarks to reach Park Avenue Villas. You may also use the map of San Juan del Sur provided on our site.

As you enter town, drive past the Texaco gas station. Continue on the main street to the beach. Restaurant El Timon and The Iguana Cafe and Bar will be at the intersection. Turn right and drive two blocks.  Turn right at Coldwell Banker and drive one and a half blocks. Park Avenue Villas will be on the left after the park.

By bus from Managua:
Buses to San Juan del Sur leave Managua's Huembes Market several times each day. The ride is 2 1/2 hours. Upon arrival in San Juan del Sur bus terminal you may take a local taxi or walk 4 blocks to Park Avenue Villas. The map of San Juan del Sur will guide you to our doors.
